⭕ Multiple 30-50cm round and square beams as exterior and interior walls with straw and clay. The house was covered with thin plywood sheets more than a dozen years ago. The beams and logs are in perfect condition underneath and only 2 beams are rotten and physically damaged in the whole construction. Additionally there are approx. 100m2 of planks covering the floors and ceiling. The cottage was initially built in 1870s and the roof tiles changed more than 70 years ago. The cottage was inherited month ago and no work has been done in the last decade as to not damage the valuable wood.

If the purchaser wants, the cottage can be dismantled carefully with logs and beams numbered appropriately for transport and further re-assembling. The price includes all the furniture, windows and furnace (including a dowry chest from 1885 - see the pictures).
