1600cc Lotus Twincam Engine


⭕ LOTUS TWIN CAM 1600CC ENGINE
1600cc Lotus Twincam Engine. Fully ported and polished MK1 Head with bronze guides, big valves, unleaded valve seats, L14 profile cams (similar to Q420). Steel cam followers. vernier pulleys, new cam bearings, new cam cap studs, camfollower sleeves fitted both sides. Cosworth pistons and rings.

L Block, 6 bolt crankshaft, new HP/HC oil pump, short jackshaft, new competition dizzy on points + cap + leads.

Water pump fixed, alloy water pump pulley, new crank pulley, all new timing chain + guides A tensioner etc.

40 DCOE carbs, rebuilt, new spigot bearing with flywheel and clutch.

This is un-run since the comprehensive rebuild and will require running-in. I would expect in the high 160bhp with this type of build.
