⭕ MGC ENGINE 29GA / RU / H / 2097 2912cc displacement

I acquired this spare engine with an MGC purchase.

This is for a low mileage MGC engine that is in very good condition. This engine was completely dis-assembled and inspected for condition and parts replaced as needed. The block has been sleeved to standard, standard pistons with new rings, standard rod bearings and main bearings clearances are .0015 to .002,,, Cylinder bores were honed, standard crankshaft polished, end float clearance is .003. . .Head has been recondition, distributor and alternator refurbished, carburetors rebuilt, water pump rebuilt, oil pump and oil filter housing inspected for condition, oil galleys cleaned, timing chain and chain tensioner inspected, all seals and gaskets replaced. Block water jacket flushed and cleaned, all freeze plugs replaced. The spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor and points are new. This engine needs nothing and is ready to go.

This engine is set up for the four speed transmission (flywheel included) and the crank pilot bushing is for the four speed gearbox. This engine can be used with the automatic gearbox and the crank will need the pilot bushing for the automatic, and torque converter.
