1895 was the last year of this upsloper style.

The bicycle evolved very fast through the 1890s.

Within three years the upsloper style was considered a dinosaur,as bicycles became lighter and sleeker.

By 1903 bicycles had evolved into the style that remained in force until the 1960s.

Two centuries later, this Clement is obviously a rare bicycle.

It has been completely overhauled, with new chain fitted, and tubular tyres. Its ready toride.
