⭕ This is the legendary 2006 Alex Moulton New Series 531 Kasai (HTS).Its an brilliant sparkling deep blue (New Blue) that looks amazing in the sunlight,Ive yet to see a photo on the internet of this model with this color.If youre reading this,you know what this bike is.Put simply,a refined, ingeniously engineered,completely hand made,fully suspended road touring bicycle made at the venerable Bradford-on-Avon,England,Alex Moulton shop.Its in excellent to very good condition.This has been my primary bicycle,ridden almost daily,and kept in pristine mechanical condition.I would say Ive put 2,000 miles on it.It has a new front tire,fairly new front fender,new 42cm drop handlebars,and new cinelli grip tape.
The component group is all Shimano Dura Ace,except for the index shifting brake levers which are Shimano 105.The tires are Schwalbe,120 PSI road tires.The rear hub is a Shimano Caprio 9speed hub.The front hub is an alex moulton hub.The saddle is a specialized ergofit.
The weight is about 21-22lbs.
