Vice Admiral on December 21, 1864 and our first Admiral on July 25, 1866. On July 25, 1866
David Dixon Porter became our second Vice Admiral.

The Vice Admiral coat regulations had slight changes from 1865 and 1866. This coat matches the
1866 regulations and David D. Porter was our only Vice Admiral.
