⭕ 1960 Vespa 400 selling under the race car section due to the fact there is NO TITLE to this car. This is a project car that was mostly restored many years ago and has been stored since. I pulled it out of storage today and gave it a wash. I will try to get it fired up over the next few days. The motor spins freely. This car had a ton of money spent on it as you can see in the photos. It has however developed a few areas of rust from sitting, a few on the top of the nose, left door has a dozen bubbles on it and both rear wheel wells have a small amount. These areas are still solid, just in my opinion were not prepped properly prior to priming. This was completely disassembled and stripped, everything was cleaned up and refinished, new parts where needed, brakes all done, new crank seals on the motor. New top, new interior, original floor mats, new vinyl in certain areas, new tires (oversize and rub on the fenders) new hub caps (not shown) .
