Live Steam Freelance Traction Engine


⭕ A large freelance traction engine FOR RESTORATION. This engine is approx 4 inch scale,L 50 inches,W 22 inches, H 34 inches,R/Wheel dia 17 1/2 inches,F/Wheel dia 10 3/4 inches,Boiler dia 8 1/2 inches.Weight between 2 and 3 cwt.
This engine has a good steel boiler,there is no test or paperwork with it. I have run this at 60 psi with no hassle,but EVERYTHING needs attention,the gearing is crude,there are no keyways in anything,only grubscrews. Boiler feedpump will not feed over 30 psi pressure,cylinder block is fabricated and has leaks.
Single cylinder, reversing,piston valve(worn) single speed gears.
