Here we have a BJB CPE-300 Meter Mix Dispense machine for use with any two part material system. This CPE-300 is able to accommodate a variety of ratios and this purchase will also include the 1:1 adapter! System includes two on board 10-Gallon Stainless Steel material tanks with heavy duty lids that can handle a full vacuum when de-gassing materials. An air motor is included on one of the tank lids to keep your A or B side mixed to prevent any settling. From the Dual-Acting pumps there are 12 foot hoses that lead up to the Valve Gun. It is capable of producing high pressure for a quick delivery into any open or closed mold you may want to use. It also includes fifteen 3/8 X 40 Mix tubes, four desiccant tubes and an optional 2.5 Gallon Solvent tank system for fast flushing of the gun head and mix tubes. All thats needed to start production is shop air and the material of your choice to run in the machine. Transport can be arranged.
