⭕ Colchester student lathe,which has been my pride and joy,and its hard for me a retired engineer,to have to part with it.Now that I am in my mid 70s,I find lifting heavy items now a problem,plus I could now use the space in the back of my garage.The lathe is in immaculate condition,and probably the best one ever sold on ,having always been kept clean and oiled after use.I bought the lathe from a college,where it did not have much use.It is 3 phase,but in with the sale is a powerful rotary converter that powers the lathe, which also could drive other items of machinery.As can been seen in the photographs,there are many tools that go with this sale.Loads of taper shank drills,taper shanks,many parting off and turning tools,centre drills,chucks and keys,2 lathe steadies,3 and 4 jaw chucks,and face plate,and dog driver.The lathe is also fitted with a quick change tool post,and a rear tool post (for parting off tool) I have had a new coolant pump fitted.
