⭕ KP08 3 Color RRR Series Machine

The KP 08 3 color RRR is a three color printer equipped with three 130mm ink cups each on a 150x300mm cliché support. The cliché supports are micro metrically controlled on xy axis as well as rotationally for fast easy registration. The sealed inkcup increases the number of impressions of up to 200,000 on certain polymer plates. Inkcup removal for cleanup is via single lock and can be removed in seconds. It is capable of printing images of up to 4.5 inches in diameter and capable of a 3x3 square image. The RRR series of machines operate with the pads on a pneumatic shuttle slide, which allows you to leave the part stationary on a mico metric fixture support table.



The KP-08 is electro pneumatic with an Electronic Key Command Board which allows you to control many functions on the pad printer, such as timer delays, delay front and back, timed inking, counter, machine cycle speed, as well as program auxiliary functions such as rotary tables, part shuttles, automatic drying, and pre-treatment flaming devices. All the controls are via a thin film touch pad with integration of all machine movements via a high speed CPU. All cycle components can be isolated and are velocity variable via a simple series of throttles. The heavy duty construction of the pad bar unit makes for less flexing of the bar for constant print quality and better registration quality.


Printer comes with a variety of pads for printing and three 130mm ink cups. All three ink cups have new ceramic rings and new o-rings installed.
