AXZ 4008 ATC CNC Router


⭕ This AXYZ 4008 CNC Router comes complete with Automatic 21 Tool Changer and 11kW Vacuum Unit.

The automatic tool changer is a 21 tool unit, however it was set up by AXYZ for seven tools (at my request) and Ive never needed more than 4 for any single job.
Note : Its a simple configuration exercise to enable all 21 tools but the machine will come with seven ATC Cones for ER32 collets.

The vacuum unit is an 11kW unit and its excellent when all five table zones are in operation. Each vacuum zone can be switched on or off depending on the size of job being processed.
I have only ever used the machine to process 2440 x 1220 sheets although the working area is I believe 1500 x 2440.

I also had the machine configured with a 10Hp ATC spindle which has been fantastic when processing Oak slabs for sign making.

This is a serious CNC machine that has been very well made, thoroughly thought out, and is REALLY easy to use with little prior knowledge.
