⭕ Up for sale is a beautiful example of an all origonal early 1958 3 tone sunburst Strat with its origonal case. It weighs a comfortable 7lbs 7oz. The body and neck dates are both 4-58. The sunburst colors are still very bright and vibrant. There are no extra holes or any modifications to the body. It has a nice chunky neck, very comfortable with a slight V to it. Origonal frets with minimal wear. They are level and have not been touched or dressed. Neck has no extra holes or mods. Nut is origonal. The single line Kluson tuners are clean and tight. The headstock decal is exc. and is not exhibiting any flaking. Fretboard is exc. showing only minimal wear. Electronics are all origonal. 3 way switch functions as it should. All 3 pots are smooth and quiet. Dates are volume 304-715 and both tone 304-723. pickups are well matched and deliver all that 50s tone you expect. Output numbers are B= 5.96 M= 5.63 and N= 5.75. The great resonance of the body and neck make for one fine sounding strat. Great playability and clarity when played through an amp. The plastic parts on this guitar are exceptional. No cracks, breaks or shrinkage. Everything is bright and clean. Tremelo functions 100 % with origonal back cover and all springs present. Nice bar threads in block and origonal tremelo arm fits well. Patent Pending saddles are the best I have ever seen on a 58. Origonal ashtray is nice too. The tweed case is in GC/VG condition. Latches work but one spring broken. This guitar has light to moderate playing wear as shown in the photos. It is a no excuses collectors grade instrument that will please any player or collector alike.
