⭕ Fox Model II Professional Bassoon in GOOD condition!

This professional bassoon is in GOOD condition with moderate to heavy wear and tear. The sound quality is terrific and the playability is nice.

This wonderful looking bassoon has a tremendously huge sound that is ready to captivate listeners all around you! Do not miss out on it!

Body and Finish: The bell joint has some scuff marks, small dings, and some small scratches. The bass joint has some dings, scuff marks, and small scratches as well and a little finish loss on some of the dings/scratches. The cork on the bass joint has been replaced by a professional repair shop. The tenor/wing joint has some scuff marks and minor dings and there is some finish loss in some spots. The boot joint has a fair amount of wear in the form of small dings, scuff marks/scratches. There is a crack in the boot joint in the bass joint hole that may be progressing.

Pads and Corks: all in good order--the pad for the whisper key has been replaced by a professional repair shop

Key Work/Playability: There is a brace/key guard missing for the Eb Trill and G key-levers. The key-work, in general, needs a good cleaning, but there are spots where the finish is gone. All the keys move properly now--the upper spring (near bocal), the whisper key, and the Ab key lever have had some adjustments made to them by a professional repair shop.
