The Dancer 8871 II is the best choice as the heart of a super wide frequency range, super wide dynamics sound reproduction system. The Dancer CP-8871 is the flagship model of the Dancer Series and a true testament to Ushers legendary design and craftsmanship. This 3-way system includes a 1.25-inch Beryllium midrange, 7-inch paper cone midrange and a two 8-inch carbon impregnated paper cone woofers. For larger rooms that need bass pressurization, CP-8871s are ideal. Combined with the Beryllium tweeters super high frequency performance, this speaker is capable of producing incredibly wide frequency range and dynamics. CP-8871s will work with high amperage tube amplifiers but they are better suited for solid state amplifiers for better low-end control and dynamics. Features include a massive 2-1/2-inch-thick front baffle, fine-furniture quality craftsmanship and hand-picked drivers.
