⭕ 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment is available for rent May 1 - June 15th.
There are 2 other roommates - in their upper 20s, early 30s - who also share the flat. One is a lawyer the other a free-lance artist.
The inhabitant of the third bedroom (that is available for rent) will be out of town May 1 - June 15th. It may be possible to rent the apartment for less 1.5 months if needed. It comes furnished with a queen bed/desk/armoire. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the flat.

We are searching for a very respectful flatmate who would like to share the flat with us on a short term basis - someone who is clean and considerate (especially with noise in the evenings/mornings).

Costs: Rent is £800/month. May 1 - June 15th would therefore cost £1200 total
This includes all utilities, wifi, etc.

Location: Our closest tube is the central line. Were on bethnal green road, half way in between shoreditch high street and bethnal green station. Spittlefields market, columbia road flower market, and brick lane are a few minutes walk from the flat.
