2 Double Rooms In Quiet Green Sydenham


⭕ Hey there

We have two double rooms for rent in a beautiful house in Forest Hill/Sydenham, sharing with two other great people.

(We are the friendly, flexible and experienced live-out landlords)

Both rooms are fully furnished with everything you need: double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair.

The house has a shared Lounge/Diner, Kitchen and Garden.

All bills are included, covering fast Virgin broadband and TV package, gas & electric, council tax, water, TV license and a monitored ADT alarm.

Added bonuses - Weekly cleaner and bi-monthly gardener have been arranged for an additional cost of £40 each houesmate per month.
Basic living supplies like T. P./cleaning products/hand wash/wash-up liquid are also provided within this amount.

Sydenham high street and station is a 15min walk through Mayow Park. Other stations within walking distance include: Lower Sydenham (15min), Forest Hill (15min) and Penge East (25min, or a short bus ride). This is good to know if you need to get to different bits of London. There is a retail park only 5 minutes from the house where you can shop for absolutely everything in one place.
