Were a household of four single people -- two kinksters (male, 24 - thats me! - and female, 48) and two vanilla guys (both male, mid 20s), looking for a fifth housemate.

The two vanillas are decent guys who keep themselves to themselves generally.

The non-vanillas are semi-regular at Birmingham munches and various other events.

Neither of us are looking for a play partner -- just a sane, civilised housemate.

What about the house? Well, its got character...

Its a huge old place, with a big time shabby chic thing going on (or should that be just shabby? Hell, when the rents this cheap, who cares?). If youre a Kim/Aggie type with a big time cleaning / tidying fetish youll be in heaven.

Dont expect a palace. This place is BASIC, and then some. Well, what would expect for £200 p/m all in? Yes, you read right -- ALL IN (apart from internet, £5/month).

The heating works, the hot water works and theres space around for your stuff. The housemates are friendly, too. Plus they wont nick your food, and they wont be up in your business every five minutes.
