⭕ !!!@!!! Large Private Room w/Private Entry Your Own Yard @!!@


The space has nice energy and has hardwood floors in the living areas. The backyard is nice and green and has lush privacy hedges on one side, a thick vine growing on the back wall, and a Myers Lemon Tree that produces delicious fruit. I also grow veggies and herbs in containers. In addition, there is a large covered patio area, and a smaller side patio area as well....plus a fully lockable garage. A laundry room is conveniently located just outside the back door, right next to the garage. The space could be furnished OR I have a few pieces that you can use if you like (2 night stands, large shelving unit, coffee table, lamp, and possibly an armoire).

You would have for your own private use a very large room (the living room with dining area) with your own private entry (the front door). The room features a ceiling fan and is big enough to allow for a sleep area, living area, and small dining OR office area. You would also have a large outdoor shaded patio area for your own personal use (I have a side patio for my own personal use) AND you would get half of the garage for your own use as well (you could use your garage space for a craft room, workout space, storage, etc). Alternatively, you could take the bedroom that I now use for my office and also take half of the living room (I would then move my office to the other half of the living room).

The kitchen, bathroom, back yard and laundry room would be shared between us.
