The house is located in a modern and nice residential area within short walking distance from shopping center (Sainsburys, Waitrose, Argos etc) and town center (pubs, cafes, shops).

The town is well linked to Oxford, Harwell (Diamond light source) and Didcot with direct buses.

Parking spaces are available nearby.
