⭕ Looking for three lovely people to take over our beautiful house in Clapton.

The house is a three story Victorian conversion on a lovely quiet leafy street. The first room is a medium sized double on the First floor with a lovely view out to the garden downstairs. Room 1 has its own toilet situated outside the room with nothing else on that floor so its all yours. Room 2 is on the first floor slightly larger with the same view. Room 3 is a smaller but still double room. Bonus, there is TONS of extra storage under the stairs.

The house has a lovely light and airy living room/kitchen on the top floor with an amazing leafy view. We also have a large balcony to sit out on and access to the roof - if you dont mind climbing - also amazing view and good for sunbathing and a glass of wine in the summer.

I have lived in the house for the last five years. I can vouch for the fact its a perfect homely home in a fantastic area. Stoke newington, chatsworth rd, hackney are walks away. Its pretty perfect.
