Decent and clean guy is looking for the room or roommate close to Dublin downtown, within 15 km.

I had many responds by guy people(which I do not mind as roommate), but they stop with communication as soon as I mention that I am hetero.

SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE GAY PERSON AND HAVE SOMETHING ON THE MIND MORE THAN ROOMMATES OR TENANT DO NOT RESPOND TO MY ADD, DONT BE PUSHY AND MOVE ON!!

Also all fraud responds asking to go and sign up to any sites and PAY for nothing, and others asking to send them my previous addresses or copy of my I.D or send money in advance STOP.
It would not HAPPEN with me. I hope I was clear! You can get all information after I see the apt. you show me the lease with your name as signer or cosigner.
That is normal procedure.

Coming from Croatia/Split and planing to move to Dublin and look for a job (I have money ready for apt.).
I like sports and healthy life, my second occupation is a personal trainer. Dont drink, smoke, no drugs or anything like that.
Coming as soon as I find suitable room or roommate with apt. or someone normal to find apt. together.
Please only respond if you are clean and neat person, cleaning after yourself, no drugs, heavy parties in the apt. or heavy drinking. I am quite and a great roommate. If you find yourself in this add let me know asap. And please no pets. Not because I dont like them but for allergies and hair..
