I would also like a contract drawn up for us to sign. That way I have some security. I dont do the live here on a verbal agreement type offer. Not many people keep their promises and if you dont protect yourself you end up stuck in a rut.

What I hate is emailing a person, and then they build an idea in their head. But when you meet them they see someone like me. Its better you know who is going to turn up. Then no disappointments.

In my experience I have found that people who only sold an item on eBay, or who were looking for helpers, can still be disappointed. Even when you are only buying from them, or wanting to help them with something that has nothing to do with how you look, and they expected to get a stunning woman turning up. It was in their mind and nothing to do with me telling them a thing.
Its a crazy world and very little makes sense these days!
