Nobody even needs to know about our arrangement - you can pretend it is your own flat, which it effectively would be

Nothing weird requested, just a warm welcome whenever I am in the area

You can stay as long as you are happy with the arrangement

Chance to earn extra money if you wish by accompanying me on various business meetings as my partner(purely optional if you arent comfortable with this) - potential for over seas travel that will be fully paid for
