Im the first person to live in the flat so its still shiny and new. Youll have your own bathroom, with an over-bath shower for all your washing needs. Theres one big shared kitchen/living room. The bedrooms have huge mirrored built-in wardrobes and are bright and warm. Your room is on the small side, but is big enough for a double bed and has loads of storage space.

Current flatmate: Im Paul, 27, and Ive been in Bristol since last September. I moved here from Edinburgh and lived in London before that. I work in speech research at Apple and like taking pictures, playing the piano, and cooking. I work fairly long days during the week, so I really enjoy making the most of Bristol life on the weekends.

About you: I think wed match best if youre age 25-35 and also working. It would be best if youre looking for a social flatshare rather than just a place to sleep: hopefully youd enjoying cooking together occasionally, going for an afterwork drink, or exploring Bristol together on the weekends -- although Im sure well both keep busy with our own social lives as well. I keep the place fairly clean and tidy and it would be best if we have similar standards for that, although Im not a neat freak!

Details: I rent the flat from a landlord and youll be subletting from me. Im ideally looking for somebody who can take on a six-month contract, which can continue month by month after that. My lease ends in September, and I currently dont expect to be moving - although if I did move in the autumn and you wanted to stay, I imagine the landlord would be open to transferring the lease to you.

Your share of the rent is £600 pcm, which needs to be paid monthly in advance. The deposit is one months rent and the bills total ca. £50-60 pcm.

The flat was unfurnished when I moved in, and I furnished the common space. Because your room has a huge built-in wardrobe, youll just need to provide your own bed (IKEA is a five minute drive away, and Im happy to help).
