Good Looking Young Male Student Seeking Rent Free Room


⭕ Hiya

I am a young guy (23) seeking a room (not interested in sharing one or a bed) in Zone 1 or 2. The issue I have is that I am a student and currently not able to afford a decent place. What I am rich in is youth, charisma and good looks. Im bi-sexual so what I am proposing is an exchange of services between myself and the man / woman I will be sharing with in lieu of rent. Im tall, skinny and handsome so Im sure we can work on an agreement to suit both. Im also kind, educated, fun, considerate and a good cook so I have the potential to be the perfect house mate.
