We charge an 8.5% acquisition fee for finding the property, obtaining the repair estimates, and overseeing all repairs to make the property habitable. Additionally, we charge a fee equal to 10% of the collected rents per month.
We collect rent, repair the property (billed at cost), tenant screening, tenant retention, and evictions. We deposit available funds into your account monthly. Thats it simple, clear, and easy to understand.
