⭕ Join us in our friendly, easy going house share. We live in a massive older house with character on a quiet street that is only 5 minutes walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops on West End Lane.

The room is a good sized double room, fully furnished, and overlooking the garden.

The eat-in kitchen is very large, excellent to cook and eat in , and features plenty of counter space and cupboards, 3 refrigerators, as well as doors leading to the garden and outside patio. The garden includes table and chairs for chilling in the summer.

We share a large livingroom/ lounge with high definition cable TV, comfy sofa and chairs. Also we have two bathrooms, including one which has an unusually large tub/ jacuzzi. We also have very fast WIFI and all the comforts of home.

Includes a cleaner who comes once a week so that the common areas are clean.

Your housemates are an easy going, friendly, house of diverse professionals working in vast array of different industries: artists, writing, film/ TV entertainment, marketing, teaching, personal development, coaching, etc. Some of us participate in personal development work so the atmosphere is always friendly and communicative.

Location is conveniently in the heart of West Hampsteadand still on a VERY quiet street ... less than 5 minutes walk to all the wonderful restaurants, pubs and shops on West End Land as well as the major bus routes, the West Hampstead tube, over ground and Thameslink stations. It is less than a 10-15 minutes walk to two cinemas, plenty of supermarkets, more shops, etc.

All of the bills are £85 a month.
