I am looking to swap my lovely one bedroom London flat for one of equivalent desirability in LA for a minimum of 1 month to about 5 months. My dates are flexible, but ideally, we could start the swap around March.


This bright flat is located within this quiet residential block situated moments from Battersea Square and the River Thames. Great public transport links as well as a number of local bus routes for in and around London. The flat boasts good natural light. It briefly comprises of an open plan kitchen/reception room with good storage, a double bedroom and a bathroom.


About the neighbourhood:
Battersea High Street is located very close to Battersea Square. Clapham Junction mainline station is about a ten minute walk away with its direct links to Victoria and Waterloo. There are numerous bus services that pass through the Square giving fast and easy access to the City and West End. The Kings Road and Sloane Square, Chelsea are just a short walk over Battersea Bridge. Excellent wine bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities including Asda, Sainsburys Local and Tesco Express are all within easy walking distance. The new Waitrose at Clapham Junction is about a ten minute walk away.


About you:
I am looking for a non-smoker, and someone calm, with high standards when it comes to cleanliness. I would treat your home with great respect and expect you to do the same. Ideally, you know how to water plants as I own a few of them (they dont require a lot of maintenance).

I am a British female in her late 20s. Non-smoker. I am very clean and experienced with home swaps. My hobbies include cooking, listening to music, reading, painting, dancing and interior design.

I have done housing swaps before and they worked out great. Im looking to visit in the Spring or Summer and can do a long weekend or up to a week depending on the timing.
