⭕ WHAT IM LOOKING FOR:

Im seeking a room within a friendly and sociable flatshare, thats more like a home rather than just a place to get my head down. When I say friendly and sociable, I really mean it - a flatmate / flatmates that share the living space and doesnt spend the entire time locked away in their room. Ideally, someone that is up for chilling out occasionally over some food and having a rant over a bottle of wine or a few beers. In my experience, late night, wine-fuelled chats are the best way to really get to know someone. Obviously, alone time is important too, but just not reclusive alone.

Late 30s male professional. Im also very friendly, sociable, outgoing, and might seem a bit shy until you get to know me.


Im also clean, respectful of other peoples privacy, etc, etc - basically, Im not a nightmare to live with! Weve all had crazy flatmates and Im sure we dont want to be THAT person.

- Somewhere clean - not OCD clean, just tidy and hygienic.
