Sensible well travelled and Mature Professional Male, interested in renting one or two bedroom flat or house in Cambridge, I am seeking a short to possibly long term rental which is genuine and affordable and very clean.I am also able to maintain properties inside and out in conjunction with paying rent.
I am able to furnish good references, and deposits as necessary,

I am a 59 year old who has worked in Cambridge for five years, my housing contract has finished and are currently staying with a friends family and able to meet with you at a mutually convenient time, should the property still be available.I would consider a bedsit in a family home also.

I am happy to furnish any information to you and like the idea that it could be a dog and cat friendly place but thats not essential, though I do not have a pet.

I work with wildlife and conservation, and predominantly working in conjunction with Wild Hedgehogs via Shepreth Hedgehog Rescue Center ( dont worry I wont be bringing them home). I am also completing the editing of my books to publish, and would appreciate a quiet home with possibility of a garden.

I am a practical individual and experienced in design and build also, which, if you need help repairing of decorating could be of help to you.
