I have a 2 bedroomed flat in Hatfield , Hertfordshire . Hatfield is a nice town , lots of amenities and just 30 minutes from Central London ( Kings Cross ) by train . The flat is modern , comfortable , well equipped , close to amenities , safe , secure and very clean .

I am on the older side at 49 , but very youthful , intelligent and decent . I would be happy to spend time showing you around and socialising when required .

As I am single and living alone , my home can be a lonely place . I would love the company of a younger woman and would happily offer my home / a room with no payment .
