Basically I own a small 2 bedroom house near Hull area. Its in a small village area and is a modern house.

There is 2 medium sized (1 of them yours) bedrooms, 1 small bedroom. A bathroom, seperate toilet, Kitchen, and a lounge area. I havent lived here for too long but looking for a lodger.

Money is not an issue, I would prefer some company. There are some stipulations to the living arrangements which we would need to discuss directly . This would be a mutual benefits arrangement. Free rent, paid in other methods.

You would also be required to clean. Rent and bills are free but you would be required to pay for your own food and toiletries etc. Unless we came to further arrangement.

Ideally...You would need to drive too really as Im in the country area. Public transport is not the best.
