I work 5 days a week, so should you (go to work, university or other activities ), for the rest, you are free to enjoy the place.
I enjoy movies, Netflix, going out to theatres and restaurants as well as other social activities, and cooking of course!

Am pretty much independent for what concern chores and cooking, but I would expect you to keep clean as well.
