There is a balcony with garden table/chairs and barbeque if you want to entertain with family and friends, especially on those hot summer days and evenings. Or you can simply just walk out of the building and chill out on the park!

This is a very vibrant location with access to a wide range of restaurants, bars/pubs, shops and other community amenities/facilities.

The transport links are excellent here. The nearest rail links are London Fields Overground or Hackney Central Station. Buses(26,48,55,106,254) are located on Mare Street, which is only a 5 minute walk from the property. Furthermore it is easy to access the A12, A406 and the city by car, so is a good location for drivers/commuters.

I am a very clean person and have exceptionally high standards with the cleanliness and maintenance of my home environment. Therefore I would expect the person renting the room to have similar standards of their own.
