I had to leave London quite quickly as a visa application was denied, which has left our wonderful flat that was home for two years in need of a great tenant for the month of February, before the current lease ends.

The room includes a double bed and tables, whilst the flat is two bedroom, with converted living room (i.e., the living room serves as a third bedroom). Move in date is as soon as you want it to be.

Utilities are all included, so heating is free and showers are long (the shower is amazingly strong and warm!). Youll be sharing with two classical guitarists, which really is the only nice type of musician to live with, as you constantly have the feeling of being serenaded.

The Mews property is a really quiet oasis around Shirland Road/Chippenham Road. Off licences provide great grocery options, whilst a Sainsburys is available 10 minutes away on Harrow Road.

Great transport options, with Warwick Ave and Westbourne Park the best tube stops, and buses serving 24 hour routes to Central London (6 and 414 to Aldwych and Marble Arch respectively, 36 through Paddington, 31 to Camden Town, 328 to West Hampstead, et al). Also very close to Paddington Recreation Centre for free outdoor gyms and running tracks!

The only downside is the bathroom is accessed through the living room, but in two years there has never been an issue with anyone living there!
