⭕ 3 rooms available (mid-late December onwards) in Hove 5 minutes walk from shops and the Big Tescos (not far from George Street/15 mins by foot from downtown Hove). There is one large room with a bay window and enough space for a sofa (£525 + £85 bills), a medium sized room (£475 +£85 bills) and a small room (£325+£85 bills). The living area is big with a large sofa, dining table and two comfy leather armchairs. I would describe this flat very much as a home - it has a really relaxing atmosphere and its about 5 minutes walk from the beach.

I am looking for three people preferably over 25, non smokers and professionals. As much as l love animals no pets allowed. No short term rents again preferably six months and longer.

The owners are holding viewings at the moment. They are both lovely people, who are going to spending 2-3 years abroad and need to rent out their flat while they are away.

A little about me btw- l teach English as a second language at a language school in Hove, lm pretty friendly and outgoing. I respect peoples privacy, but lm also open to new friendships, making the flat a home and not just a place to crash at after work.
