⭕ I will be vacating my studio in Hammersmith and it will be available for the remainder of my lease from 1 July to 8 September. The only requirements from the leasing office is that tenants be full-time students (from any university so long as youre full-time) and that the rent amount be paid in full with a £250 deposit. Everything is handled through the leasing office so I dont receive any money from you but I would obviously be your point-of-contact until you come in to sign the lease.

I pay £285/week inclusive of all utilities and bills, and Im unable to reduce that amount as its written in the lease. Since the leasing period is for 10 weeks, the total to be paid upon move-in is £2,850 (again, paid directly to the leasing office, not me).

The room:
This is a furnished studio apartment. Aside from the furniture, you will also get to keep the items Im leaving behind such as a spare inflatable bed, all my kitchenware, hangers in the closet, desk lamp, yoga mat (clean), laundry hamper, and a gender-neutral bedding set that has never been used because I brought my own sheets from home. The building has on-site laundry facility, a game area, a gym, on-site mailboxes, and a theatre room. The building has 24-hour security and is accessible through card-key only.

The neighbourhood:
The building is located a 3-minute walk from the Hammersmith tube station which has the Piccadilly, District, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines. It is a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute bus ride) away from Westfield Shopping Centre, and a 30-minute walk (or a 10-minute bus ride) away from Kensington Palace, gardens, and the High Street. Everything you could possibly need is nearby.
