The room is a small single room with a tall wardrobe, desk and large shelf. It is bright, airy, warm with double glazing throughout and wooden (not laminate) flooring.

The shower is superb with immediate hot water - no waiting for water to get hot. Also two WCs so no waiting if you are desperate.

A really large kitchen with all the mod cons. There is great central heating throughout which is controlled by a Nest thermostat.

Wembley Central station and the high road is also 2 mins walk which has the convenience of all the shops (Tesco, Iceland, Primark, TK Maxx) and cafes (Costa). The London Designer Outlet is 15 mins walk as is Wembley Stadium. You can catch a quick bus to Wembley Park station with the fast link into Baker Street. Wembley Central also has an hourly train to Westfield Shepherds Bush - one stop.

Current flat mates are all British professionals from . Both are quiet, clean and very respectful.
