⭕ Realistic OTE: £1500 (P/T) - £4000 (F/T) Per Month

Instardom is looking for independent sales consultants to join our small but insanely talented remote sales team to acquire new customers. This is an outbound role - demand for our service is off the charts in the US and we want to replicate the process in the UK. We need your help to reach out to a list of businesses we will provide, set up demo calls, identify their pain points and walk them through our service, and then convert to online bookings.

What were looking for...

We have an incredibly high bar for talent - we are looking for nothing short of an incredibly talented, self-motivated, independent sales consultants who are passionate about social media and sales development.

You will possess an uncanny ability to build rapport with business owners and help them recognize the massive value in having us turbocharge their businesses Instagram growth.

We have an unlimited number of potential leads so this role is strictly for a consultant that loves being rewarded for hard work.

Youll also need a dedicated, quiet home office/desk, a laptop, broadband and phone that can make free calls to UK landline and mobile numbers.

What you will do...

Youll be handed over hundreds of local small business leads whos service or product is of visual nature and would benefit from growing a highly targeted and large Instagram account, and you will contact them, build rapport and convince them to try our service.

You will also build a stellar follow-up program for people who are not ready to try, or who youve not been able to contact.

This is a 100% remote opportunity but you will be required to work the UK timezone.

Full training, sales collateral, cloud based CRM, email account, a cloud based calendar will be provided to ensure you hit the ground running.

How you will be paid...

This is a role strictly for people who dont want to be tied down to a salary and prefer to get handsomely rewarded for their efforts through a realistic and strong commission plan that is uncapped and tied to performance. The leads we provide are all identified as having a major pain point which we can solve and who will instantly understand the benefit of our service.

Sales consultants are paid weekly on the previous sales weeks cleared deals and can realistically expect to earn £1500 - £4,000 per month, dependent on whether they work part-time or full-time and their natural sales ability.
