18ft x 7ft in size, it is a large unit and is capable of large-scale food production. The trailer is fully kitted out and includes the following pieces of equipment:

12x large bain maries for hot food storage
1x tall drinks fridge
1x undercounter freezer
3x sinks and taps
1x water heater and pump system for warm hand-wash
2x chip scuttles for hot chip storage
1x large Parry LPG double pedestal fryer
1x large hot tea urn
2x sets of lights - 1 main lighting system for cleaning and another hanging light system for an ambient glow during service (if desired).

Fully refurbished to the highest standard with careful attention to detail, it follows a design that ensures optimum ease of use with maximum functionality as well as attractive design. The unit is particularly designed for a burger and chips operation. As you can see in the last picture, a very efficient chip production system has been implemented to ensure freshness, minimal wastage and rapid service. That being said the equipment provided can be used for any genre of food.

Features such as the retro-style hanging lights, crisp white walls and non-slip wood effect flooring give the trailer an aesthetically competitive advantage. It is sure to stand out of the crowd against other traders due to its smart yet rustic look. The exterior is a plain dark blue for the buyer to adorn with their own brand/image idea once purchased. Two water butts are stored in a cupboard under the handwash sink for both fresh and grey (waste) water which removes the extra effort of having to organise and hook-up external water facilities. The new warm water heater plus pump mean that all that needs to be thought of is water re-fill and removal. The gas and electricity has been checked and approved to fully functional standards.

The reason for letting it go is simply due to the fact that we are upgrading the business by moving into a restaurant and our time is now fully occupied here. If not for this reason we would have no interest in letting it go, it has proved to be a very lucrative and enjoyable means of raising/making money.
