⭕ This sale is for a Lexicon 960L. I have not used it in a few years and decided that i am very happy with my plug in reverbs, so its time to sell. It has been stored inside in a warm dry warm room.

When i was using it last it often had the bug that a lot of the 960Ls have which was on boot up the Larc had a message saying No 960l yet after a minute so it would connect and then work fine.

I took it out of storage a couple of days back and it was doing them same but it just kept the error up and does not boot. As it runs Windows NT i plugged i a monitor to see what that was reporting and as you can see in the picture it says Invalid boot diskette. Insert BOOT diskette in A I have tried rebooting multiple times and doing a reset via the remote but that did not get it to boot as it does not initialise the disc so it can not see the remote.

The unit has a error that can be seen in the photo with the computer monitor plugged in.

I am not sure what disk that is that its asking for, whether its a floppy or some thing with the hard disk. As far as i am aware the only time the C.D drive is used is for software upgrades. It seems that for some one with a more knowledge and patience than me this is a quick simple fix.

The last software i had on there was 2.4 i believe and there is now 4.0 on the Lexicon website so if this could be installed i think they will have fixed this boot up bug.

Cosmetically the unit and remote are in great condition, there is just a slight bubbling in the plastic screen on the Larc but if you take the cover off and reseat it i think the can be pushed out.

The unit comes with the Larc, Cable and Manual as pictured (the monitor i plugged in to show the disk prompt is not included).

Please no time wasters or people who do not yet have the funds to pay. I want to complete the sale fast and smoothly.

I think the courier i use are great value but if you would like to arrange sending your own courier that is fine.
