⭕ THIS IS AN ANTIQUE FUSEE CARRIAGE CLOCK WITH GRANDE SONNERIE QUARTER STRIKING AND REPEATING. OFFERED FOR SALE AS REQUIRING SERVICING/OVERHAULING.

APPROX 20 CM HIGH, 12.5 CM WIDE, AND 11 CM DEEP.

THE ORMOLU CASE IS DECORATED WITH FLORAL DESIGN.

THE WHITE ENAMEL DIAL HAS APERTURES FOR WINDING THE TIME AND STRIKING/REPEATING FEATURES. THERE IS AN EXTRA HAND FOR THE ALARM FEATURE. TO THE LEFT OF THE CASE IS A PULL REPEAT CORD WHICH WHEN PULLED WILL SOUND THE PAST HOURS ON A SINGLE BELL AND A DOUBLE STRIKE ON TWO BELLS FOR EACH PAST QUARTER HOUR. TO THE RIGHT OF THE CASE IS A FURTHER PULL CORD TO WIND THE ALARM FUNCTION. TO THE BASE OF THE CLOCK CASE THERE IS A LEVER WITH THE MARKINGS: SILENT, PETIT, AND GRANDE

THE MOVEMENT HAS A FUSEE DRIVE BARREL ALONG WITH A SPRING DRIVE BARREL. IT HAS A CYLINDER TYPE ESCAPEMENT. THE CLOCK WINDS, SETS, TICKS AND STRIKES CORRECTLY. ALL THE FUNCTIONS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. KEEPS ACCURATE TIME. DELIVERY/PICKUP AVAILABLE.
