⭕ Fantastic set of cased 15x80 Japanese Naval binoculars in the original wooden box. Painted flat Naval gray with Japanese characters painted on. Orange lacquered wooden box with paper labels and metal label. Glasses appear to be in excellent shape overall, just a but dusty from storage. Lens cups are beat up but there is an extra minty set in the box . I am not an expert on optics but they look good to me when I look through them both ways , I dont see any chips or cracks or snowflakes, etc. The glass is a bit dusty and dirty on the outside. These are directly from the estate of a Naval flyer in the Pacific and have been in his house since WW2. Also included are a lot of extra lenses and filters and fittings. These were in a seperate box and I am not certain if they go with these binoculars but I am including them in as an extra :). Really nice untouched set!!!!
