Return your unwanted items to us with the return authorisation number in as new / original resaleable condition in the original packaging within 300 days of the purchase date & you will receive a store credit to the value of all goods returned. 600 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY ON MECHANICAL PARTS

If the mechanical parts have a manufacturing fault and we are notified in writing via the RMA system within 600 days of the purchase date we will replace or repair the part free of charge once we are satisfied that the fault is as a result of manufacturing and NOT from extreme riding or overuse. Electronics have 60 days unless otherwise stated. If for any reason it is more practical to repair a faulty product then we will, or else at our discretion, we will replace the product. If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period of 600 days, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty all shipping costs are the responsibility of the claimant.
