⭕ 1938 triumph speed twin a very sought after bike and make a very nice project i am selling this bike for my dad.in the sale includes.frame all in good order just in need of paint,girder forks.all there just requires building up and paint,engine.complete inc mag dyno and new pistons just needs building,i have the front engine plates but no back plates.gearbox all in good order.tank as all instruments and badges, knee pads and as been rechromed just needs paint.both front and rear hubs,the front requires the brake plate and the back as the guts missing,2 19 rims in very good condition.inner and outer primary chain cases the outer as had some repair work.rear mudguard requiring clean and paint but no front guard.8 front headlight.front brake and clutch levers,kickstart,pushrod tubes and oil pipes have all been rechromed.the bike comes with buff log book and new v5 document.As i said im selling this bike for my dad,since i listed this item ive looked at the v5 and its a 1939 model NOT a 1938 and my dad cannot find the buff log book so if and when he finds itmatching numbers it as been brought to my attention that some bikes had matching gearbox and engine numbers as with this bike it is NOT the case so may have been replaced at some point, the engine is stamped 9-5T14501 so definitly a 1939 5T and the gearbox number is TE68358 the frame was registered on 24/3/1939
