⭕ Acoustic Research AR-1 Loudspeaker Pair

Featuring Altec 755A


This pair of loudspeakers is in excellent condition. Both Altec 755A speakers are all original and work normally. The AR1 loudspeakers were originally sold as mono loudspeakers not stereo pairs, so there is an older smooth cone style woofer in one cabinet and a newer ribbed cone in the other. Both AR woofers are original to the cabinets. The potentiometers are original and clean. There is no scratchy noise when adjusted. Original paperwork on back of cabinets that explains use of terminal posts and 4 ohm or 8 ohm use. The cabinets will be the highlight of any listening / living room. It is rare to find cabinets that are in this nice of condition. All of the corners are sharp and very presentable. The grilles and grille cloth are all original with original AR badges.
