⭕ Im looking to rent out a double room but not just to anyone. The person is more important than the rent. This is a good room in a beautiful house and in a good area. Transport links to central London are excellent. If you drive there is secure parking. The house is of the highest highest standard with all mod cons and you would be sharing with two others. Both occupants are gay and preferably you would be too. Age isnt a major concern but preferably under forty as we would have more in common. Prefer a non camp down to earth guy who doesnt use drugs. Smokers are ok but not in the house The rent is very reasonable for London and for this area. All bills included except food.
