⭕ One bedroom with private bathroom available in a lovely two-bedroom apartment! The building is rather new, the location is just minutes away from Shoreditch and the surrounding area is very pleasant. I am leaving because of work but enjoyed living in this apartment and am sad that I cant stay. The room is available for immediate move in and my lease expires at the end of July. However, if you would like to stay for less time, that is OK as well. You would also have the option to resign at the end of July if you would like!

There is another tenant in the apartments second room who is in his late 20s. He is a banker and tends to spend a lot of time in the office, so during the week, youre almost certain to have the apartment to yourself. He is very well organized, keeps the apartment tidy and is very easy to reason with. He also happens to be a likable and fun person to be around!
