⭕ This is a 2-bedroom furnished apartment in a newly built building. The apartment is spacious and very bright, with two bathrooms. It is also very quiet (despite its central location) as all the windows overlook the buildings own, green courtyard. The smaller bedroom can be used as an office if you want. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern (dishwasher included), open-air with a large reception room. We also have a sunny balcony. There is a gym, which belongs to the building (and you can use it for free). We have some baby/kids equipment as well. Washer (with a dryer function) in the unit.
The apartment is 2 minutes from Holloway Road Underground station (Piccadily line) and 10 minutes from Highbury&Islington station (Overground, Victoria line). There is a Tesco, a Sainsbury, a Costa Coffee, two very good restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance. Within 10 minutes there are plenty of other restaurants, pubs and bars, coffee shops and a large Waitrose, and a Boots. There are many parks nearby including the Paradise park that has the best Children Center in Islington and an urban farm. The neighborhood is safe and kid friendly.
We would like to rent out the apartment for two months, July and August. We are somewhat flexibile with the dates.
